Misclassification and what to keep
Misclassification is using a contractor contract for an employment routine. Papiro does not declare a job link. It stores hours, orders and evidence for whoever reviews the case.
What usually matters
Imposed hours, direct orders, personal service and regular pay are classic signs. If the company sets when you start and finish, that routine must exist outside a chat that disappears.
How to record the routine
Save the shift the company demands. Clock the extra. Attach the message that told you to stay, the roster or system access after hours. The closer to the fact, the stronger the timeline.
Honest limit of the product
The report describes what you recorded. It does not say there is an employment link and it does not replace counsel. If you cannot pay, Public defender points to your state's site. The dossier goes with you.
